Crediting rates

Crediting rates

Crediting rates are the value of your investment return, less any applicable fees or changes. They’re credited to your account (or deducted if investment returns are negative), as at 31 December and 30 June each year, and shown in the Benefit Statement you receive at the end of each period.

A note for Defined Benefit Division (DBD) members

The value of your DBD component is not directly determined by the Fund’s investment performance. Instead, it’s based on your salary, age, years of membership, and whether you’ve worked part-time or full-time during your DBD membership.
