How the Fund is administered

The UniSuper Fund is managed by a corporate trustee, UniSuper Limited, who has delegated the day-to-day administration of the Fund to a wholly owned subsidiary company, UniSuper Management Pty Ltd. UniSuper Management reports to the Boards of UniSuper Limited and UniSuper Management.
UniSuper Management operates in line with a set of strict performance objectives, against which the Board of UniSuper Limited regularly monitors its performance.
