If you are a member of the Defined Benefit Division (DBD) or a Defined Benefit Division pensioner, you will have recently received a letter from UniSuper notifying you that in July 2009, UniSuper’s Trustee decided to initiate the process set out in Clause 34 of its Trust Deed.
