The day-to-day administration of UniSuper is managed by a wholly owned company, UniSuper Management Pty Ltd (UniSuper Management). Under the leadership of UniSuper Management’s Chief Executive Officer, Terry McCredden, the Fund operates in line with performance objectives set every year. The Board regularly reviews these objectives, particularly in regard to providing greater retirement outcomes for members.

Chief Executive Officer
As Chief Executive Officer, Terry has responsibility for developing, leading and implementing corporate strategy and culture. He is also accountable for the overall services and operational management of UniSuper Management nationally.
Terry joined UniSuper in July 2008, having previously held the role of Chief Executive Officer of Telstra Super Pty Ltd.

John Pearce
Chief Investment Officer
John joined UniSuper in 2009. He is responsible for the management of the Fund’s investment functions. This includes managing teams across the investment business unit, including equities, cash, fixed interest, property, private markets, portfolio analysis and implementation, and investment research and quantitative methods.
John Dyer
Chief Financial Officer
John joined UniSuper in 2007. He is responsible for UniSuper’s financial controls and reporting, ensuring accurate and timely measurement of the financial performance and position of all UniSuper group entities, and meeting all financial reporting and compliance obligations.
Lee Scales
Executive Manager, People and Development
Lee joined UniSuper in 2007. Overseeing the People and Development functions at UniSuper, Lee is responsible for the provision of people, culture and learning solutions that support the business to attract, develop and retain capable and experienced staff.
Chris Davies
Executive Manager, Member and Employer Solutions
Chris joined UniSuper in 2009 as Executive Manager, Financial Planning. His responsibilities now incorporate all member and employer-facing teams, including UniSuper Education and Advice, UniSuper Helpline, Employer Relationship Services and Marketing, Brand and Communications.
