about us

Remuneration
Our goal is to help you achieve security in retirement. To do this, we must attract and maintain talented employees. Find out how our remuneration policy aims to achieve this.
Remuneration
Our goal is to provide the highest standard of financial and superannuation services to help our members achieve security in retirement. We cannot do this without talented and highly motivated employees.
Our remuneration policy outlines the relationship between performance and remuneration, and recognises that it is important to encourage high performance, whilst remunerating responsibly.
Performance development and assessment
We regularly assess and develop staff performance at all levels of the organisation, and our Board, CEO, Executive Management and Investment Department are subject to ongoing training, performance appraisals and remuneration reviews.
The Board
All new directors participate in a formal induction program, which covers the operation of the Board and its Committees plus financial, strategic, operations and risk management issues. New and existing directors are also expected to undertake appropriate training on an on-going basis.
The Board sets an annual list of critical activities as the basis to assess its effectiveness. The results and any action plans are documented together with specific performance goals, which are agreed for the coming year. The Chairman also assesses the performance of individual directors each year and meets privately with each director to discuss this assessment.
There is a review of the Board’s operations every two years.
