UniSuper Advice can now assist members across a broad range of topics, including estate planning, superannuation and retirement planning, non-super investment, insurance and wealth creation.
Is this service available to members in all states and regional areas?
Irrespective of where you live, should you need simple advice on your superannuation, our phone-based Financial Advice Centre is here to help.
What are the hours of operation?
Our phone-based services operate between the hours of 9am and 5pm (AEST). The financial advisers are available to meet with members upon request during business hours.
What are the turnaround times?
For a phone consultation, you will be booked in for an outbound phone advice appointment within 10 days and the Statement of Advice would follow up to 15 days later.
For face-to-face advice, the formulation of a Statement of Advice would take approximately 15 working days from the day all the relevant member information is given to the adviser.
How much will this service cost?
We are 100% committed to providing you with products and services that are value for money, high quality and commission-free.
You will be provided with a fixed price quote before you incur any direct fee and we will seek to deduct advice fees (particularly for simple superannuation advice) from your UniSuper account. However, fees will only be deducted from your UniSuper account for superannuation-related advice.
How can fees be paid?
By personal cheque and credit card. In some circumstances, where fees relate to superannuation advice, part of the fee may be paid by a deduction from your UniSuper account.
