MemberOnline is a convenient and secure way to keep track of your super. It also gives you access to unique tools and information tailored specifically to your account. With MemberOnline you can:

How do I register for MemberOnline?
Most UniSuper members can register* to use MemberOnline - all you need is your member number or your address and your own email address.
You'll need to set up your own username and password.
Register now — follow the prompts to complete the 3-step registration process.
Secure access for MemberOnline
MemberOnline has two level of access: basic access and advanced access.
When you register for MemberOnline, you automatically receive basic access. This means you can view:
- your account balance and personal details
- a history of your account transactions and
- your six-monthly member statement.
You can also access any of our exclusive MemberOnline tools.
If you want more out of your MemberOnline experience you can upgrade to advanced access. With advanced access you will receive all the features and benefits of basic access, plus you can:
- switch your investment options online and
- change your residential and postal addresses.
How do I get advanced access?
Once you've registered for MemberOnline, it's easy to upgrade to advanced access. Simply log into MemberOnline and request advanced access through the personal details screen.
We'll send you a unique activation code in the mail and when you next log onto MemberOnline you can use this code to set up your advanced access.
You will only need to use this code once. From then on this will become your default level of access.
* Members holding a UniSuper Indexed Pension account cannot register or login to use MemberOnline at this time.
