Mother's Day Classic
Every year more than 11,000 Australian women are diagnosed with breast cancer. Better research into the prevention and cure of the disease has given hope to many, but there is still a lot of progress to be made.
Help find a cure for breast cancer - enter the 2009 Mother's Day Classic
UniSuper would like to encourage as many people as possible to get involved with this important national event. It’s easy - by simply walking, running or sponsoring a participant, you can help make a difference to the lives of thousands of Australians. What’s more, it’s a great excuse to get together with friends, family, colleagues and, of course, your mum, this Mother’s Day.
To date more than $4.4 million has been raised, which has helped fund breast cancer researchers and contributed to some major advances in battling breast cancer. This would not be possible without the ongoing support of Australian businesses and families alike.
The early bird entry fee is just $27 or $58 for a family of two adults and four children and all funds raised are donated to the National Breast Cancer Foundation.
So please, show your support and join us in the race to find a cure for breast cancer.
