MySuper comes out strong
Our MySuper product has passed the annual performance test, set by the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA) – so, you can be confident that your super is in good hands. Our MySuper product is our Balanced investment option. It's the default option for our Accumulation 1 and Accumulation 2 members, and any accumulation component of our Defined Benefit accounts.1
How we shaped up
We found that our Balanced (MySuper) investment option promotes our members’ best financial interests.
We assessed two key areas of our Balanced (MySuper) investment option, as prescribed by law:
Fees and returns
We used public data from industry regulator APRA to compare the performance of our Balanced (MySuper) investment option with other default options in the industry over the assessment period. Results show that our members have benefited from both low fees and strong investment returns, with a MySuper risk profile comparable to our peers.
Our fees are some of the lowest
Our Balanced (MySuper) investment option had one of the lowest fees in the industry. Based on APRA’s data, our fees for a member with a $50,000 account balance were lower than most other comparable products (based on similar risk profiles).
