  • December investment returns for Flexi Pensions will appear on your transaction listing during the third week of the month (approx.).
  • Last chance for indexed pension members aged over 75 to return Annual indexed pension continuation declaration form to prevent pension payments being suspended or stopped.
  • Monthly pension payments paid by the 28th of the month
 February
  • January investment returns for Flexi Pensions appear on transaction listing on the first working day of the month.
  • 31 December benefit statements issued.
 March
  • February investment returns for Flexi Pensions appear on transaction listing on the second working day of the month.
 April
  • March investment returns for Flexi Pensions appear on transaction listing on the second working day of the month.
  • Payments are made to Flexi Pension members who’ve elected quarterly payments.
 May
  • April investment returns for Flexi Pensions appear on transaction listing on the second working day of the month.
 June
  • May investment returns for Flexi Pensions appear on transaction listing on the second working day of the month.
  • Payments are made to Flexi Pension members who’ve elected quarterly or half-yearly payments.
  • Last month for members with a Transition to Retirement (TTR) Pension to take the maximum payment for the year
 July
  • 1 July – Annual pension payment amount is recalculated.
    • Flexi Pension members: the minimum annual amount you need to take from your pension is recalculated based on your age and account balance at 1 July.
    • Indexed Pension members: Your annual pension is indexed in line with CPI.
  • Early July – Members notified of their new annual pension payment amount. If you’re under 60, we’ll also send you a PAYG payment summary to help you complete your tax return.
  • June investment returns for Flexi Pensions appear on transaction listing during the third week of the month (approx.).

  • July investment returns for Flexi Pensions appear on transaction listing on the second working day of the month.
  • June benefit statements issued.
 September
  • August investment returns for Flexi Pensions appear on transaction listing on the second working day of the month.
  • Payments are made to Flexi Pension members who’ve elected quarterly payments.
 October
  • September investment returns for Flexi Pensions appear on transaction listing during the third week of the month (approx.).
  • Annual indexed pension continuation declaration form sent to indexed pension members aged over 75 asking for confirmation of eligibility to continue receiving pension.
  • Annual Pension member updates held in most capital cities.
 November
  • October investment returns for Flexi Pensions appear on transaction listing on the second working day of the month.
  • Annual Pension member updates held in most capital cities.
 December
  • November investment returns for Flexi Pensions appear on transaction listing on the second working day of the month.
  • Payments are made to Flexi Pension members who’ve elected quarterly or half-yearly payments.
  • Indexed pension members aged over 75 to return the Annual indexed pension continuation declaration form.

When to contact us

If you need to update details about your pension, you can call us or make changes by logging in to MemberOnline, including if:

  • you have a new residential or postal address
  • your contact details change (e.g. phone, email)
  • you’d like to make changes to your pension payments (i.e. frequency, amount, investment drawdown method).

MemberOnline is a convenient tool, however we recommend speaking with us if:

  • you’d like advice on how changes in your personal circumstances may affect your pension
  • Centrelink requests information about your pension.

To update your bank account details, complete and post the Change of details form – pension members.
