UniSuper celebrates five award wins
UniSuper has picked up a number of awards and accolades in the last week cementing our position as one of Australia’s leading super funds.
2021 Chant West Super Fund Awards
UniSuper was awarded Pension Fund of the Year at the 2021 Chant West Super Fund Awards, celebrating excellence and showcasing superannuation industry best practice. We were also a finalist in five other categories including Super Fund of the Year, Best Fund: Investments, Best Fund: Advice Services, Best Fund: Longevity Product 2021 and Best Fund: Insurance.
Outgoing CEO, Kevin O’Sullivan collected the award and commented: “I’m delighted to accept this award on behalf of UniSuper. “It is a pivotal time for the Fund, as we look to welcome members from outside the higher education and research sector – giving more Australians access to our award-winning products and services.

MOZO People’s Choice Awards
UniSuper was also recognised by consumer advocate group, Mozo, receiving four People’s Choice Awards for Outstanding Customer Satisfaction, Competitive Fees, Investment Choices and Most Recommended.
The awards ask Australian customers to consider a range of important factors relating to superannuation.

Roy Morgan’s Superannuation Satisfaction Report
New data from Roy Morgan’s Superannuation Satisfaction Report, shows UniSuper with the highest customer satisfaction rating of the Industry Funds ahead of Cbus, AustralianSuper, Catholic Super, HESTA, CARE Super, HOSTPLUS and Tasplan. The report shows an overall super fund satisfaction rating of 71.7% in April 2021 representing a new record high level of customer satisfaction with superannuation funds.
