We're available on your campus to help you with information and general advice about your membership and our range of products. You can meet with a super consultant face to face or via secure video conference.

About our on-campus service
Our on-campus service has grown since we first opened in Sydney in 2013, to now servicing over 80 locations, with 30 permanent sites across Australia. With consultants located nationwide, it’s easy to access service convenient to you.
If you’ve just joined UniSuper via a university, you might find it beneficial to speak to one of our super consultants on your campus.
Our super consultants can provide information about your membership; explain set up to access your online account; direct you to our other services and tools; help with general information about your account; and help with questions about our forms or paperwork.
We also provide information and general advice about super, including investment and insurance options; the difference between defined benefit and accumulation accounts; information on contribution flexibility; pension options; and combining your super if you have several super fund accounts.

If you're not located on a university campus, our super consultants can also meet you at our member centres in Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Sydney, Perth and Melbourne or via video conference. Simply choose a location, available date and time, and fill in your details. It’s as easy as that.
